Yes the forum has helped me but the forum is also super monetized to make the owner money from the marketplace and ads and other, its not a charity, it doesent live off of donations, would make more sense for me to donate to specific members that helped me here with advice I used.
I buy things in the marketplace -> people pay to sell in the marketplace = more money to forum, thats my donation. Would you donate money to linkedin for helping you meet connections? No, their making a big profit from adspace and premium users already.
