Should i buy from Ebay ?

Hi, i live in Africa so i can't order from amazon, newegg, but i can buy from ebay the items that's on free international shipping!


Basically i wanna build my first pc for 500$ not looking for a monster pc, just a medium rang one, and i've found all the component that i was looking for on ebay and all the items are from Korea/China/Japan and offer FREE International shipping, but i heard that there is a lot of scammers out there, that can send you a rock instead of an Xbox One LOL, anyways all the sellers that i'm looking to order from them are TOP Rated seller, should i trust them ?

For your info.....amazon sellers always send Xbox. It;s the post company's employees who steals the product put put rock in the box
