Hello,
I have offer from one SMM panel here for buying US Facebook account from 2010 for 21$.
But before I buy, I want to ask you if it's good or waste of money.

Do you think it's good price ? It is the best option for this? : I want to create some US / English speaking FB pages and grow them.

That is a good price for such an account.
 
It's a good price. But don't change the password right away because Facebook might suspect that the account has changed hands. You must also thread cautiously as the seller can change the password and sell it to another whilst you are trying to age it on your IP
 
Facebook is not stupid when you log in to another IP address, and may be reviewing your activity. The price is good but the risk is very high
 
Glad that you buy that account but please don't change the password yet. It might triggered Facebook
