Should I buy expired domains?

So i wanted to start a new site with a new niche and all, and i decided to try and find some expired domains with my keywords in it and this is what i found :





I found this in expireddomains.net, I was wondering if this stats are rubbish, or are they good, or is there a better way to find expired domains?
