Should I buy backlinks now ?

Hello,

I've just launch my website a few days ago, I bought the domain and the hosting like 4 days ago. Should I buy backlinks now or wait a bit ? Because it's a bit suspicious to get backlinks at the beginning of the website don't you think ?

At least wait until all your pages are indexed by Google. But buy links wisely and slowly.

Better to wait for few days and don't get too many backlinks even after some days, keep it slow and steady .

Thanks for your answer ! This is a one page website so it should be quick. I can check the indexation on Google search console right ?

Thanks for the advise ;) , what do you call "too many" ? 10,100,200 ?
 
Take your time.

Put a plan in place for link building and make it span 6-12 months. That should help put into perspective how slowly and steadily you should be building your links. Quality over quantity as well.
 
Better to buy less links but from quality sites. Links from weak sites can harm you r site. How many? Hard to say.
 
i will wait a few months. You need to add more content.

Your site will start to move on its own within the first 3 months.
 
Don't hurry.
1.post some valuable trending contents regularly
2.start doing some social media posts.
3.let some traffic through adwords or others.
4.build some links. Try manual outreach if possible. After that go for gray hat
 
no need to buy backlinks mate if you can make it yourself, just read threads on how to create backlinks!
 
Concentrate on your On page now and Update informative articles regularly. Then after getting pages index by google then go to build the links to your site.
 
You can do some manual web 2.0 if you really want, but you will likely not see any results until your website ages. You should definitely produce more content. In the long run, Google doesn't like 1 pagers or websites that are not actively being updated.
 
You can buy backlinks but it should not be a large amount all at once

I agree with that; also be careful "what" you buy, especially for a fresh site; it is not just a question of when but also what you buy;

and you can easily start by making links yourself a bit at a time, so google can see some links; no need to delay the first links imo, but just make a small quantity at the beginning.
 
The first step to starting a new website should be on page SEO. Link building is second, you should build links that look natural to the eyes of Google. Getting more links within a week of your website’s existence is definitely not natural. Also, getting all links pointing to your homepage with the same anchor text is also not natural.

Vary your anchor text and include long tail versions of your keywords. Also, build links to other pages of your site in addition to your homepage.
 
You should first focus on on-page SEO. If you are running Wordpress, you should use Yoast. Once your site is optimized for your targeted keywords, submit your website to the google. Start building backlinks after a week and I prefer doing it manually.

Thanks ! It's a custom website, I already optimized it and it is online since 4 weeks now. Indexed by google since 3 weeks. I'm gonna start backlinks part, do you know a great tutorial on BHW to learn how to do it manually ? I only find PBN building and stuff...

You could afford to put social bookmarking and social media links on the site immediately, as they are usually no-follow but can get a site indexed very quickly. Then start to work on quality do-follow links, be they created by you or purchased.

Even I have a four week site, I have started with pr, blog comments and blog post. Let's see how it goes. What else you considering for your site.
