Should I build my second blog on WordPress or Drupal Or Joomla

Drupal is dead and Joomla is shit. Either go with Gatsby or WP.
 
Definitely stick with Wordpress. It’s the most widely used for a reason.
 
WordPress is used everywhere because it gives the desired output. Plenty of readymade plugins available in WordPress. No need to change it if you are looking for ROI.
 
Without a doubt I choose Wordpress. It gives me more freedom, it's flexible and highly scalable.
 
with WP you have way more options to play around and make your blog stand out with little effort.
 
You could try different headless cms as well, but that mostly involve a bit of coding.
Wordpress is the easiest and best documented.
There you can focus on content and don't waste your time fixing template stuff.
