I found domain with huge no of good backlinks da(4) pa(12) is though low should I book it?
should I book expired link directery domain?

Thats shit, If the domain is somewhat old and considering the fact that it has a "huge ammount of backlinks" and hasn't got higher metrics than a DA of 4... Is a sign that those links are useless spamlinks.
That's more or less all I know based on the stats you gave us.
If that huge ammount of shitty backlinks are providing some nice refferal traffic (which I doubt) it might be worth it. But overall. I would skip that one.
Directories are also close to dead, a DA/PA 4/12 is as close you can come to their graveyard.
