Should I be doing better?

I have been messing around with CPA for the last few months and never really taken it seriously until now. I setup a new email marketing campaign promoting an offer which will make me $19.50 per commission.

So far I've received just under 300 clicks and got 2 commissions. My sales ratio is 0.452%

Is this good, bad or should I be aiming for more..?

$0.13 epc, not too great as most high paying offers have higher epc's around ~.4-.8

I think for the start is pretty good, go for a few thousands clicks and then maybe the conversion would increase, as from only 300 you can't tell yet the precise conversion ratio.

Cheers for the advice guys. I've setup interspire and now sending 10k per day so it will be interesting to see the results. I might also do a split test and change up the template to see what converts best.

Been a while since my last post on this thread as I totally forgot about it, but thought I'd update it anyways. My sales ratio is now: 0.394%

819 unique clicks - 5 conversions = $122

I stopped this campaign a while back but going to start it up again now

Just for everyone reading - how big was your mailing to get the 819 clicks?

I think .4 conversion rate isn't very good, maybe you should try to write new emails to test.

But you're making money already and that's good

makes me want to get setup for email marketing. I'd just need a way to send mass emails and a cpa network. The cpa networking being key.

Update: 878 clicks - 6 conversions = $142

I've sent around 10k emails. Scaling this up BIGG time.

edit: Commissions vary from 19-45$.

Why is the CPA network key? It so easy to get accepted into a CPA network.

I meant it is key as in thats how you are actualy making the capital. I did not mean it as in which CPA network you use is key, just using A cpa network
