Should I appeal Youtube Strike?

Last week, I made a video about How to download Spotify to MP3.
But today, Youtube removed the video and gave me a 3 month strike. saying such videos are against their community guidelines.

Should I appeal it, or let it go?
Considering there are thousands of similar videos on Youtube.

And this is my second strike. The first was How to download Youtube Videos.
 
Only appeal if your video falls under fair use. If not, you wait till 3 months.

So as it stands, I cannot upload videos for 3 months?
WOW, this is a big hit.

If I create a new channel, can I transfer the old videos from the other channel??

an appeal is a gamble - so be careful .
