Hey, I recently got an offer from an big brand from my niche for a sponsored post with ******** backlink. The problem is that all outgoing links from my site is nofollow. So, If I accept this offer it will be the first ******** outgoing link. Is it safe or will it be problem regarding Google penalties.

I don't think one link is going to cause you any issues, especially if it's to a well-known brand in your niche.
