Shoud I Ship the item?????????

have a buyer who just an item from me....but their account was made in 2001 and they have 6 feed back & two negatives but four is positive and their paypal account has a confirmed address but it says (The sender of this payment is Unregistered)

should I refund they money or ship the item?

If it was me I would refund their money. I've done alot of selling on ebay and have never had a payment say that the sender is unregistered. To me, it sounds kind of fishy and I don't think I would chance it (especially if it is a high priced item). Maybe someone else can chime in whose seen that message before and help ya out.

Send it and keep the tracking number. If they file something then you have the number.

how much did you sell it for? low dollar just send it. high dollar make sure you get signature confirmation and maybe do a restricted delivery.

"not a registered user" means suspended account for some reason by ebay..
