Hey everyone, I've been a reader here for a while and finally decided I needed to take action. The plan is to set up a site and monetize it with adsense/clickbank/cpa (not sure yet, will do some testing to see what works best).

Day 1:
Ok so for my first day I did some keyword research. I found a keyword with 4k+ exact searches and with very little competition. I purchased a domain, and found a wordpress theme. Just waiting for my transaction to be approved and I'll start working on the site.
