Shorts views problem

Need some advice!

I'm generating some decent views with shorts 1k-10k+

But, I'm also getting shorts with 1-10 views and no the content isn't bad - the content that's generating views is basically the same as the ones that aren't?

It's making me think that somethings up with the account? Any advice is appreciated!

EDIT: It's not a shadowban either as since it's started happening I've had videos do a couple K and some that do 1-10

following....because it's two days, my youtube short chanel seems sleeping verry hard.... and I do not know....
