It depends on your content. You can easily change your Location, where the TikToks should be listed. Just buy a Sim Card from the Country you want to list your TikTok Videos in.

Im planning to make reels of me making beats in hope of gaining some attention which would help me earn some bucks and placements... if there's any way to make my reel get to more to people's feed/get suggested to more ppl for free, please let me know i really dont have any other skill

thats a good idea, bcs all the platforms have different audience and when you post in all of them you will reach more people, thats a better way to grow your page and name in the platforms

Yes, you can do this and see which one works best for you. IMO you should focus on TikTok and Instagram, as these are the most pushing platforms right now. Youtube shorts are not dead but require patience and time. Juts keep posting, you will eventually gain a lot of followers. And don't forget to use the trending sounds, as they will help you a lot.
