Shortlinks by Pretty Links for Adwords Redirect?

This wordpress plugin says it cloaks the redirect, but do I need to add a robots.txt to get away from Google Spiders?

Has anyone had any experience with this plugin? Any case studies, advice, or experiences is much appreciated. :)
