1. Design is not the best, I mean it's "okay", but not great.
2. You have ads on main page, big turn off
3. Ads on redirect, even bigger turn off
4. Have you put anti-spam measures in place?
5. Bad name for brandability
6. I'd get rid of the shaky jquery effect, it's kind of annoying
As of now the only traffic it's going to attract as spammers, you offer the user no real reason to use your service.
