We need individuals who have a deep level of expertise in mass account management on Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, and potentially X, Facebook, and Snapchat. We know browser based management limits account performance and reach because it hurts the trust scores so we need the accounts to be mobile based. From what we seen the best setup would be having a phone farm utilizing 4G mobile USA proxies and potentially app cloners.
2. Social Media Specialists
We need individuals who understand organic growth, social media algorithms, and short form content vitality down to a science. The nature of our business is to grow many accounts as quickly as possible so we need help optimizing the accounts and the videos with growth hacks/strategies to help them go viral.
