Hi everyone.

My website is not for "enter and read article". But i'm writing articles for SEO.

Which one is better? 300-450 words but enough articles or 750-1000 words but unnecessary contents (like history or something BUT NOT SPAM).

What do you mean, not for enter and read?

Write for the reader, not just for the seo aspect.
I'd rather read 450 words of quality information, than 1k words filled with fluff and filler, just to boost the word count.

How about 750+ words of quality content? There isn't that much different between 450 and 750 words. The longer the content, the more keywords you can fit in (don't keyword stuff, though, of course); the more of the user's questions/problems you can answer/solve, which should, in turn, help with rankings and conversions.

Focus on quality over everything else though.

I would say it strongly depends on who you are writing for (I mean the target audience), what your niche is and what your goals are.

If you only write for your audience: Keep it as informative as possible. Straight to the point. No unnecessary content.

If you write to rank specific keywords: Write as much as possible in order to rank for long tail keywords. Avoid unnecessary content tho. If you just want to rank for a handful keywords 300-500 words are enough. Extraordinary long posts (more than 2k words) can give your blog authority if done right.

Short sensible and related content is much better than long unnecessary stuff. This will keep reader engaged.

What is the end goal? To sell something? Or is the article informational?

If it is informational, the more time users stick around, the better off you will be (in general).

Make sure it is not too boring. Present it in an engaging way.

Meaninful content. Look from a visitor perspective.

I'd rather go for short and direct content which can keep a reader engaged fully. Long content can be very boring, but that also depends on your niche and your writing style. All the same if you can still write long content with useful information and an engaging style, you'll rank higher than most short articles

for SEO purposes 500-600 words ok, nevertheless long read texts can bring traffic to your sits in case you explain some topic in details

I would never just fill up an article to get to a desired word count. Is there not another topic you could address in this article as well to bump up the word count a little? Quality of quantity any day.

Noone cares to read fluffed fillers. Especially, when you consider affiliates

Long content must not necessarily be boring. Who said you cant have a 1000 words article that captures your readers' attention and leave them loning for more? It all depends on your style of writing. In fact, the longer the better since you can use more keywords

Short and clear is the way to go when creating content for a website, especially a new website. Imagine spending too much time writing boring articles that people will not even have the patience to read to the end when you can write more attractive content of shorter lengths.
