I do have bad experience with both of them.

Now i own Asus for 5 next month 6 years without any problem. (I played games, used it for Adobe programs, let it turn on almost 24/7, run like 5 hours on batery when i work / play games)

I am more than satisfied with Asus notebooks, couldn't recommend anything else more.
