This looks like something you oughta sort out with Shopify support mate. There's probably some option you have turned on to password-protect your store.

There is a option. I believe after you put in credit card info.

its a setting on shopify under "theme" settings ----> password protect homepage click it to uncheck thats all you need to do bro
