I'm debating whether or not to have slideshow on my Shopify store. I chose a theme where the slideshow features a large portion of the page, but I'm wondering whether to have more than 1 image or not.
A read a study that multiple images in the slideshow causes distraction (because of the different images, and the movement) and ultimately reduces conversions.
But if my theme features a large slideshow, I'd assume visual appeal is a must.
What do you think BHW?
