(Shopify) Paypal asking for shipping invoice

My PayPal account got limited and they are asking for shipping invoice or tracking number.

I sent these products with Epacket from Aliexpress and customer bought the product from my shopify store.

It let me choose Tracking information or Shipping invoice. I read somewhere that they need to see the name of the customer,address, date etc on the tracking number but epacket tracking doesn't show name and i think it doesn't show address also

Any feedback from someone that know something about this is really appreciated!!

Not shure. Last action that i did on my account was recieving a payment from someone (not a shopify customer) After 2-3 mins i got that email from paypal.

I have $200+ in my balance.

They gonna take down your account they did the same thing to me. First they ask for shipping invoice, them they ask for your supplier invoice, and finally they tell you dropshipping is a too risky activity for them and customers, and they close your account. Good luck bro I hope I am wrong for your case.

Well, I own a panel where ppl pay for service. I happen to face such issues in the past. If you are receiving too much payments, then you will be asked to submit additional documents. In some cases, you gotta talk to em and explain your business. See, if there are any reasons for limitation, or if they need any documents. [Click the bell button on the top] Final thing, call them.
