If Stripe + Payoneer doesn't work, then 2Checkout would be the last option left. I believe that it is available in most of the countries in the world.

This website will provide SSN wwwDOTdelawareincDOTcom , get LLC then provide stripe with your vitual address you can get that in poyeneer, then your good to go.

Completely incorrect, they will not provide a SSN.

An EIN is not a SSN, they are completely different.
You have to be a legal US resident to get a SSN. Any company registered in the US can get a EIN.

If you got an SSN , Ben-Laden is your brother in law ! You will have to register a company in USA to get an EIN , you can also get it as an individual by contacting the IRS by phone & filling some papers . However this won't work at 100% with stripe especially if you started getting paid high amounts while you applied as individual .

Alright guys, I'm not an American resident anymore but I did work and travel in USA and had my SSN since I was paid by the part-time job I had. I've also received my Payoneer debit card, now what should I do? Do I try to register on Stripe straightforward? How about using fake phone number and mailing address? Will I be contacted by Stripe via phone or mail? Virtual postbox is 15$/month, which I'm not willing to pay atm. Thanks.

The shopify was referring to adding the bank into shopify payments
the masterofeverything bhw user refers to adding payoneer bank account in stripe and then stripe in shopify ( tried myself and works)
2 different things
The shopify staff was wrong about one thing as the virtual bank account from payoneer does use a USA bank so it should also qualify for shopify payments (havent tried)

I am using this method but now ran over a situation where I need to refund a customer. How do you actually deal with it? Since Payoneer is not an "active" account you (i.e. in this case Stripe) cannot withdraw.
In my case although I had a Stripe balance which could cover the refund, the first thing that Stripe did was to try and charge my Payoneer account which of course was unsuccessful. Now all my transactions are on hold. Would very much appreciate if someone can help or let me know how they handled this because I am currently stuck
