Shopify payment question

Shopify is just the platform for your store. You link your paypal, stripe, merchant payment processor to it. All sales go into your account as soon as someone makes a purchase. Shopify has nothing to do with holding your money.

Btw, I use shopify. But plan on going down a more custom route as they are not good for subscription based products.
shopify has shopify payments, where u link ur bank account to shopify and u get a bank deposit, thats why i asked

Hi MalachiX, thats Stripe payments btw. Shopify Payments is the name just because Shopify have a deal with Stripe. Anyhow after your first sell you should get your money in about 7 days from then

I've been getting mine in two days. Actually, the day they email me on the third day after my order, letting me know that they've sent money, but it's already in my account. I heard it's a 7 day wait, but I'm getting my money 2 days after I mark it shipped.
