Shopify payment gateways options

I am planning to launch my dropshipping store today. In my experience, most customers leave when they see no payment option aside from PayPal so I want to setup a stripe or something.

Stripe is not available in my country tho (I'm from the Philippines).

I tried setting up a 2checkout but for some reason I'm stuck on the authetication page after typing my otp code.

Is there any way I can get around this using a gateway not available in my country?

Stripe converts best and no other payment gateway come close to it. If you can set up a USA based company plus a USA based company Bank account you can still have access for Stripe.

FYI - 2Checkout doesn't like merchants doing dropshipping stuff from China and can ban account any time. 2CO recently have an upgrade after Avangate acquired 2checkout so may be due to the recent upgrade you are noticing the error.

You can use both of Stripe and Amazon pay- Amazon name a lone is a big advantage - if you setup an LLC or corporation in USA and got an EIN - employer identification number- the whole process is easy but it requires $200 and you will use this information with any number of stores online, just get a generic name.
