Does anyone have any direct experience with any of these and can have any positive / negative things to say about each one?

All of those themes look scammy for me unless you customize it very much.
 
They aren't bad but there are better choices in the market that will give a unique look to your website.

I've looked at their Flex Theme which costs $450 (WTF?) and it doesn't come with included apps that paid themes I mention. Just this fact means that several additional paid apps would have to be installed with Flex Theme which without any apps is $450. Shoptimized starts at $167 and has many apps included. It is no brainer that it would be better to get a cheaper option with no features and if necessary spent saved money on redesign to make it look you want.
 
Use a free theme you don't need to waste money on a paid theme unless you're making a lot money. You will get the same conversion rate whether it's a free or paid theme.
