Shopify Help!!! - Making 1k/day, but cant handle orders or customer service.

Hello,

Any Shopify experts out there that can share some insight on how to handle hundreds of orders, customer emails, and tracking information? I'm starting to lose time and control over the whole situation and need to figure out a better plan for this.

Are you doing it alone? If yes then you need help from other people. Just by hiring someone you get the around 50% less workload.
 
I would highly recommend you hire a VA or several VAs to automate the process for you. If you scaled your store to the point where you are making $1k/day I don't see any reason why you shouldn't hire VAs to take care of all the tedious tasks.
 
Where would be the best place to get a VA with Shopify knowledge?
 
Use shopified app for automating order fullfillement, but it still takes a long time.

I can recommend a good va. He know how to use shopified app and oberlo, trust worthy, and is easy to communicate with.

There are several VA providers in the bst section. Just contact them and I am sure they have people who are experienced with Shopify, if not, train them for 3-4 days and you should be good.
 
try to automate the process, and hire a VA, do not try to do all the tasks yourself,
 
You can find decent VAs on Upwork. Write down the process and give that guidelines to your VAs. Teach them how you get all it done.

Lol, don't think of everyone as yourself buddy.

The reason is simple, do you work in any job you find or you should like it???

As for the niches, I dont like to work in some niche categories, like adult related, alcohol related, religion, etc... so why should I work in this niches when I don't like them??? To condemn myself in smth I hate?

Next time you reply, don't start to accuse just like that, if you don't have smth good to say, then don't speak at all.

I'd like to automate whole of my working process. I hired a lot of VAs and I prefer Philipinese guys. You can find them on UpWork or Freelancer sites. Make sure to do testings with at least 3 guys and selects the best one. With $1k per day, you can hire 2 VAs: one for processing order and another for customer care (include email handling).
 
You can find a business partner, so you will share the times with the partner, so you'll have time for yourself good luck
