I live in a country with financial sanctions
Is there a way that I can use the Shopify payment gateway?

Apparantly cjdropshipping have started a payment processor CJ Pay... might work for you.

You may use others third party . Shopify gateway is for Shopify.

You can hire a free lancer to create a UK company + Stripe and pay him a monthly fee of the sales an exchange.

I'd make someone in a non-sanctioned country create a Stripe account for you.

Ater that, change your Shopify country to France and you will be able to add Stripe.
