Something is making the visitor not want to uy from you. Your checkout might not be trustworthy or maybe you do not offer a reputable payment processor for them ?

Find out what the problem is and mix it up and change it.

i'm currently using paypal as a payment method.

my website has been done up really very good which i shown to my friends who's in website design they even gave me some tips to improve now i have no idea why.

Are you selling copyright products or non-copyright?

Try grabbing emails from them before they add the product to the cart, so when u see an abandoned cart just email them back , that they still have something in their cart!

i send them abandon cart email trying to recover but it didn't really work out but i have a list of their emails already.

i offered then addition 10% discount for item that require payment and for free item i can only send them an email telling them we are keeping it for 1 days max.

Theoretically it should work, try to incite them, 10% off is a good incentive but 100% with free shipping should work even better, just wait for it you seem to be doing great. You should try reddit ads too

Did quoted free shipping as well for item that requires payment. Not much effect after email being send out

Your potential customers need to know that you are real and that they are not being scammed.

How can you directly connect with them? The old school way is to give them a real phone number that they can call. You talk to them and tell a joke or two. They love you- they give you money.

An easier way is to have live chat on your site. When the visitor lands on a page a popup asks them of they have any questions. You will be sitting there at your PC ready to chat it up with them and tell them how excited you are about your new crappy product and how much they will love it.

Connect with your customers. Make them want to hand you their wallet. It works, and it's really easy to implement with shopify.
