Hi, i opened my shopify account one month ago everything was working perfectly i had some sales and everything was okay. Friday, while i was trying to log in to my shopify account i had this message "sorry this shopify account is not avaible" then i tried to acces to my website and ... it wasn't working but the weird part of it is that i didn't get any email from the shopify team or any notification about it and when i contacted them this is what they said to me :)

That sucks, If you are making sales, get some hosting and get the site back up and running using Woocommerce as fast as you can.

The weird thing is they don't wanna tel me why my shop got deleted.

Do you kind of have an idea why it was banned? If you do that is probably the reason.. It's important that you take an educated guess on why you think you were banned because this will help you determine if you will be banned from a different platform.

I recommend self-hosting and moving to something like WordPress, since at the very minimum you can backup your website in case you need to move to another web host.

I'm selling women clothes, i had friends selling the same stuff i'm selling and they didn't get banned, i can't figure out what i did wrong, i mean at least they could tell me but whatever

Did you have an ali express plugin or anything setup?

If you weren't making sales: just get a fresh Shopify acc with a VCC. If sales, migrate to WooCommerce ASAP and grow your store

Maybe you were missing some legal stuff like imprint, tos or whatever

How were you promoting your store?

i wont tell how i'm promoting my store, but i was using the same method that some friends are using they have been using it since 2018 and tehy didnt faced any problem, anyway i tought that shopify support was the best well i dont thunk so now

they don't want to tell me why they are sending me 12 exact messages of the screen i've shown :)

It seems PayPal and Shopify are same company, banned and give no reason

Don't ask for the reason. Just ask for which part of the ToS then you can probably figure out the rest yourself :)

You can do I bit of social engineering saying something like "If I'm gonna look for another provider, I don't know what I would have to ask for if I don't know what went wrong in the first place" or something like that :)

@koowyy don't worry about why you were banned, chances are you won't get un-banned. Build yourself a new site and get selling again. Your marketing obviously works, so build on Woocommerce and don't worry about anyone banning you.

Tbh i don't realy care since i can build a new shopify store in less than 12 hours, i just don't want to get banned again that's it, indeed i did create a new store and i tried to avoid anything that seems a litle bit shady or that will get me into some problems.
