Hi folks, I want to launch a women’s clothing dropshipping website and I’ve been looking for a platform to get started. Got a few options but most of them are out of my budget. Does anyone here have experience with ShopBase? If yes could you please share it? I found their monthly price is cheap but the transaction fee needs more consideration!

I wouldn't use them. Use Shopify.
What country are you in? It all comes down to finding good suppliers. I have a lot of experience in the apparel industry and the best place to find these suppliers will be at tradeshows physically.
Or go find an apparel tradeshow in your country, go on the website, look at the supplier directory and contact them directly.
