Basically, asked him to do a couple of web 2.0 tasks. Promised 24-48 hours but after excuses and excuses it took him 12 days for submitting first report. (which I already done the work myself.)
Then basically didn't contact me or tell me what happened about other report. So I contacted him after for refund and Evidently starts give me excuses again. which seems very good at!
I have been very patient waiting over couple of weeks. Even though this is a little sum, I feel if he does this to me - He would probably do it to someone else for a much larger sum.
