I paid NoobGuru for an Ecommerce site on February 9th with tat of 3-7 business days and until now nothing has been delivered.
Communication was ok at first but dwindled mid-February.
Finally, after providing an update on February 17th - "delayed due to Valentine's week" as he said, the site was to be completed in 24 hours from that time and since then I have not heard of him even after numerous followups.
He had been online on the 23rd and still no updates were made.

Still no reponse as of today. I Skyped him on March 2nd.

Same here.

I ordered on Februari 5th. After 7 business days he didnt deliver. I wanted a refund, he promised me a refund in 24 hours.. but he didnt.
I filed in a dispute on PayPal last week, he hasnt respond yet.

I filled up an claim in paypal. Hopefully I will get back my money.
