what's with this 24 hour crap? if you do refund via paypal it is instant,

I too had the same problems with this user, he said to me 3 weeks ago I am doing your work now and I will send your report tomorrow. then 3 weeks later he tells me I will send your report in 24 hours, 2 weeks later no report, I chased up, and then tells me that he doesn't have enough sites to do the links, so all that time he was just lying to me about doing the work for reasons unbeknownst to me.

OMFG! so every one of us are with the same 24 hrs Crap!!! he says that to me for the last 1month.
