After a month or so testing out this method, this shit just work.

I've done researched on my local businesses and created the website for them.

I've seen many businesses with crappy websites, but they pay for it.

After researching and make note of the bad things of their websites, I create a new on for them (I've created first hand even I don't know they get it or not).

Using my mouth to convince and talk about how wonderful my newly created website compare to their current one. UX and UI is way way better than their current one.

Because I've created the complete website for them and show them the finished one how their new website looks and feels, plus explaining the benefit and how could this newly created give them, I just got more shit now.

There is many thing involve; but it works.

I've used my own theme framework so that it's easy and fast to create the unique website for each business.

I've met with 50 business owners the following month; the respond for confirmation is 31; which others not yet decided. Zero Deny!

Currently, I get my 31st payment which is sum up for 15K.

Yes, this shit works!

So you sold around 31 websites for 15K ? An average iof $750 for a website, you could do better

I wonder how long you spend on each website to analyze and create ?

My local website creation is cheap so that I can not demand more. I did researched about how to price it and this is it.

I just spending much time to create a theme framework which is working good with my local business, especially, I could customize it very fast to suit my each business easily.

I could create 1 or 2 websites per day currently.

Nice one OP, I've been doing something similar to this although I don't make the site itself but I make quick mockups of what the site will look like; I'll give this a shot since a large portion of the work can be automated and you can deliver the site quickly.

Oh another question. Are you running your sites through wordpress so they can updated it easily ? or plain html pages ?

Yes, it's absolutely WordPress for them to easily updated their site. This is also a feature that could easily convince them to buy the site.

Nice share and I can see how that would work so well. It's a smart way of doing things as you have removed any risk from the client and they can see what they're getting before even agreeing to anything.
