Hello, recently i just got some trouble with the Rank Papa Hosting who has been owned by @Warrenway

Actually i don't want to do this but it has make me feel unsecure because of him

So the problem is like this :

i started using rankpapa since November 2019 i think and it was almost half year i using 5 the sites package to be used in his hosting. for sometimes it was fine but now at february 2020 the all the sites that i use in rankpapa is returning 404. and it make me worry since a trouble like this can cause my moneysite rank position decreasing. and the sites already went down since the first week of february without any notice at all.

So here i try to contact him again through his site https://rankpapa.com/ i try to use the email form at the first day it was no reply so i try to contact him throuh his support email that i got from his last reply a long time ago just to make sure that the he got the email.

at the second day i try find his contact again in bhw and i found his thread so i contact him again through his thread and he not reply me. and even after sometimes the thread got closed before my problem solved

than the third time i try to contact him again by pm and i invite moderator to join this because that what some of bhw member told me before i can open this shitlist.

he reply at first and second time about my request but now he never reply again so here is the proof.

that's it at first he want to refund me immidiately but i refuse cause i just want the backup so i can move the domain easily. and he agreed with the idea the second time he reply.

but now there is no reply anymore

and when i check his site now already can't be access

so if can please i want a refund of my last payment because i can't take this kind
treatment any more and because of this you make my site position in danger.

I've gone through @Warrenway's account and I noticed that he requested his thread to be closed down due to some issues with his website. He hasn't seen any of these messages relating to this shit list as he's not been online, so I'll give him 72 more hours before I permanently ban him.

Sry this i got some accident again here today the payment for rank papa just get paid again automaticly can you please help me refund this also, and please help me to contact him to unsubcribe my payment because when i call to the bank to unsubcribe this payment they say it can't be done. The only way to unsubcribe is through the merchant and now i have no way to contact he merchant so please i really need your help once again or the payment will keep coming automaticaly

Unfortunately, his marketplace thread was erroneously approved without the required off-forum contact details (this is exactly why we require sellers to post these and not just link to their "contact us" page), so we have to wait until he sees this shit list thread.

One last suggestion: try [email protected] and see if you can get a response from that one.

this was the first email i try when i contact him and i also try to use the email form in his website when it was online but seems uselees since i don't know if my email get send to him or not and then i try again with [email protected] because the last time he reply my email is from that email.

I feel we've given @Warrenway quite a lot of time here to come back online and resolve this, and he's just not responding through any of his contact details. Shit list rules dictate that he needs to be permanently banned from the forum, so I've done that just a moment ago.

@Warrenway, if you wish to have your account unbanned, you'll need to sort this out with @bangun tidur by issuing them a refund. Once you've done that, open a ticket with support.blackhatworld.com.
