Shipping Questions - Dropshipping

Hey guys. About to ship my first package, and wondering about shipping options. This supplier has a ton of them and I'm wondering the best/cheapest options. If anyone would be willing to help me out I would definitely appreciate it. My main fear is of most suppliers gauging the pricing in essence because they know the new guys (AKA me) wouldn't know the difference. About to pick priority mail, as I would imagine that's the cheapest option, I may be wrong? but they have the options "no mail innovations" which throws me for a loop.

I'm sure someone's covered it before in detail, but using the search is only turning up dropshipping results and not particularly shipping.

Get a list of their different shipping options and prices, and find out the speed of each option, whether it is guaranteed/signed for etc., to what amount and anything else you can think of. If the shipping options are specific companies, then one way is to look them up using google to learn more about what is included.

Another one to ask about is weight limitations on the different options.
