Shipping digital copy for pre-release Movies Any input requested

I have an idea to ship cam or release copies to people who pre-order dvds. As the people already purchased the movie, do they have a "right' to own the "copy"? I am planning to drop ship movies (or I guess someone could use this idea with an affiliate program) so I hope it was place categorically correct in the forums.

Any discussion on this topic would be helpful. I know we are not (at least most of us) lawyers, but have I found a "grey" loophole at least?

Where have you ben the past 3 months? How educated are you? Familiar with copyright laws, piracy, trademark infringments law etc? So how do oyu know you found a "loophole"?

You may not agree with my methods, but I am far from an idiot. "but have I found a "grey" loophole at least?" was a question and not a statement. I never plan to host any files. But IF BY CHANCE, I let them know where they can get a copy (which a person who has purchased a DVD can have a personal copy as soon as purchased correct?), it might make a good incentive to buy an upcoming DVD. It wont be the first time I saw a dvd sales ad on a download page so why not the reverse.

My method is not as "shouting it out" as it may seem in practice, but I will take special precautions to offshore and ghost account as an affiliate of an affiliate per your response. Thank you.
