Shipping costs from Chinese goods

Im browsing 2 China Wholesale sites

Some products they say "free shipping" but only for US, when i click "The Netherlands (Holland)" shipping costs change from 0.00 usd to 80 usd!

How is this possible?

U.S. and China are major trading partners so its probably easier to get better shipping deals from China to U.S. It could also be logistics. They probably dont send out alot of shipments to Holland compared to U.S.
