Ship digital orders on Ebay

I'm selling service on Ebay, and have sold one order, now i have to submit report in text document to the buyer, how to do in that way to be considered it delivered?

You can't technically. You may be able to get away with it by printing and mailing a copy with delivery confirmation. Be prepared to lose any eBay dispute however.

Virtual items are very tricky and I would not recommend selling them on ebay. There are too many scammers that target virtual items since they are not suppose to be sold on ebay and ebay will always side with the buyer in these cases.

You need to stick it on a disc or USB is the best bet. Buy a load of DVD's and burn your product onto it- its cheap enough and keeps your in good stead with Ebay!

Just send them a message with attached link to a download or just put the text document content into the message itself and mark item as shipped.
Most of the time it will be fine as long as you won't face people who want to get freebies, I mean those who ask for a refund for no reason just because they know they can get it.
But if sending a digital item doesn't cost you a lot, if you are making a large percentage of profit it is still profitable to do that and just get used to refunding some of the orders for no reason, there should be less than 5% of those scammers who try to get stuff for free.
Just make some calculations and see if it's worth to you.

I always send a tracked copy in the mail - either printed out document or USB drive if necessary. If you are selling low value items and can't afford to send tracked mail, i'd reconsider what you are selling. Every virtual item you sell is putting your account at risk and you cannot build a business selling 10 x $5 items every day.

Burn a cheap CD and ship it via the ebay/paypal shipping system using first class. It gets marked as shipped and you're clear. Also, send the item electronically so the customer gets its instant gratification.
