Shiny object syndrome

Shiny object syndrome (SOS) is a continual state of distraction brought on by an ongoing belief that there is something new worth pursuing. It often comes at the expense of what's already planned or underway.
How do you guys coping with this? I believe most of us have experienced it, I think it the part of the entrepreneurial mindset.
 
I don't think it's an issue to, as mentioned, find what works. But you have to consolidate your knowledge amongst projects regularly and squeeze the juice of what works to the top of the glass. Till your glass run overfloweth! lol

80/20 rule works wonders here.
 
I knew someone like that, was always leaving incomplete projects only task that someone else give him will complete them otherwise no, was always doing a new project that on his mind will be better that the others.
