And yet another thread with clear evidence that sarkark is doing shady stuff which is going to be closed/deleted (101% sure) cuz we all know why ;)

We see newbies (fake accounts) which are "long time lurkerers" or jr vips which has spammed their way to 100 posts. We cant do anything even though we know it. No matter what we do ( not much really :D) they will find another way.

Why aren’t these people banned? They give BHW a bad name and stop people from buying from other sellers. This is getting so annoying.

the mods and admins need to step up and clean up this forum. Enough is enough.

if this thread gets closed again admins/mods are in on this. Don’t be fooled. Unfortunate situation if that’s what it comes to. @BassTrackerBoats Whats going on?

They should be called out atleast.

I agree with that part. I turned down many sellers because it seemed like they bump/fake reviews their threads, but obv i dont have the evidence to prove that. just my thought.

Yeah, and Sarkar reading this thread, not giving a single f*uck....:

I have done that.
It always ends with me getting a warning :D

You need some proofs to backout your claims or else you will end up with a warning. That's the rule!

Regarding thread bumps everyone does that. POST on my thread "ORDER PLACED!"

True.. but nobody does 900 pages and 3000+ newbie accounts worth of bumps:)) That's what people are saying.. everything should come in moderation..

I didn't check the 900+ page thread because I didn't want to put too much load on BHW, those bumps are for the thread with 493 pages.

The staff are more than aware he does this.

You only have to look through his BSTs to see the same expressions, phrases, sometimes bad grammar repeated by different buyers:
This is just fake beyond reasonable doubt and every time this stuff is written off because it's not enough evidence apparently. I think your thread about elfrost could be confirmed with a simple IP check from the admins since they can obviously see our IPs and confirm that he's the same user on both accounts. I don't think he's very careful with his IP if he's that sloppy with his usernames and emails.

Show us the evidence!

Kidding, I just wanted to catch @fasttrak's attention.
I am totally with you, but the last time we went through this there was not enough evidence to actually do anything. The mod team repeatedly asked for evidence but could not act on what had been provided, it was not enough to prove anything. Circumstantial. Again, I feel the same as you, but I know what the 1st mod is going to say. Show us the evidence.

Inverse fallacy; if this thread is closed, it doesn't mean anyone is in on anything. Thread's pertaining to the forum (this thread) are typically closed after a staff member responds, with the exception of some threads. This is something we were asked to do as moderators act as extensions of the forum owner. For us to "step up and clean up this forum" is an insult to the frontend and backend efforts I see staff members such as @BassTrackerBoats, @WilhelmScream, @MisterF, and @davids355.

That seller isn't banned because he hasn't done anything explicitly against the rules. Whilst I personally would prefer for him to not do this as I find long marketplace threads filled with "here's my transaction ID, great service" to be an eyesore and a pain to go through, the other staff members and I are not permitted to create rules based on our personal opinion.
I agree with you but everything in OP is all circumstantial.
This is something I'm glad to see another member bring up.

If we went based on circumstantial evidence alone, we'd have an empty forum. I mean, a few months ago I had a seller reporting his competitor for fake reviews, but then his other competitor reported him for having fake reviews, and I found fake-looking reviews in the third guy's thread. Just ban 'em all, right? But... we can't do that, and I'm glad we don't.

The IPs didn't confirm it. It was some evidence I found in their account history that backed up @Sephrata's direct evidence.

To respond to the main topic of this thread, @sarkark21's BSTs, BHW account, hell even his PayPal account has been looked into (with his permission and consent, of course). All transaction IDs, even new ones, were valid. Regarding his buyers signing up to the forum to leave reviews, some of them do actually participate on the forum (e.g., one I was looking into recently posted WTB threads and another one is is in the process of shit listing someone he dealt with a month back). If they plan on being genuine members, there isn't actually an issue with this.

Seriously, the time I have to spend responding to these threads and PM queries actually delayed me from posting the additional evidence I was going to send to the moderator's who addressing the issue @Sephrata brought up in his thread.

Before a member thinks I'm closing this to protect this seller, anyone who saw me back when I was a regular member of the forum would know I'm not partial to anyone's account status, let alone an individual seller.
