She cheated.

imagine you have kids and do this to you . it is better that she showed her self now it is early youre lucky man

Delete, move on. Life is too short, especially when you're so young mate.

God is telling you that you first have to get rich before thinking about anything else

Let the trash take itself out, as some say.

You will find another one who will respect you. Move on with your life and maybe focus on your job/business as a way to forget about this situation. Maybe hit the gym or something!

Sorry bro... I think its better to forgive her and move on. If you continue to be thinking about this will make a permanent trauma in your brain.. And you will have trust issues with every person you meet in your life. I can recommend you to leave all the works you have and hang out with your close circle of friends until the weekend's over.

I'm absolutely gutted.

My first long-term GF slept with another man. I had this eerie feeling in the back of my mind, but always assumed it was my own paranoia.

Me and my GF track each other. It's mostly for logistical purposes - I come up to her college campus once a week roughly and it helps for her to know exactly where I am. Eventually we decided that leaving "Find my iPhone" on was a good choice.

I noticed she was out during ungodly hours (sometimes until 3AM). She doesn't have a car, so this adds insult to injury. This is percisely what made me call her out first, and when she tried to lie to me (saying she was only smoking with a friend), after pressure she came clean.

She came clean about "cuddling" with another guy. Eventually she admitted to preforming sexual acts on him. Right away, I knew it was done. But it makes no fucking sense because she frequently talked about marriage. Was ALWAYS wrapped around my finger, eager to please, etc.

I don't even know why I'm posting this - it probably poses no relevance to your personal situation right now but this is the worst I've felt in years. Obviously she's gone - I can't forgive her for that, but my future has been changed in a way I cannot articulate. I thought this woman was going to have my kids. I have absolutely no motivation to do anything.
I can't tell you that I know how you feel cause I don't but what I can tell is that this moment will pass, you have to push through this chapter of your life to enter a new chapter, cause it is just over, don't let any feelings about her inside of you call her tell her everything and just move on, it is hard but manageable.

Be glad it happened now and she exposed herself before you get involved.
you lost nothing OP. focus on your goals and move on.
There is no such thing as "incident". " will not do it again". etc.DO NOT retake her at any cost.
Im not muslim but I totally agree on how Islam deal with adultery.

Better now, than after.

The pain hurt but will pass. Living with a cheater without knowing it is the worst for a relationship and yourself

Now its time for you to man the fuck up.
Ignore her everywhere. Most inportant shit is social media since people tend or post quotes and shit so she can see how bad she fucked you. Basicly do nothing go monk mode.
- if she did it once she will do it again so she is dead to you, never ever ever allow her to be anything more then cheating x in your life. Thats the only role she is entitled to. Find a new chick
( easiest thing to do in these days, reply to few ig stories make a Tinder account and you have yourself multiple choices in a day ) and enjoy the moment. This all happened with the good reason so accept it

First off, I'm sorry, I told her no, you got a BF but eventually I couldn't resist!

Second, welcome to the real world. I've had this twice with 2 girls I really loved. Since then, no mercy!!

Better an end with horror than horror without end :)

When this happened to me. I went and fucked some hot but expensive escorts. They were pure filth and way hotter than my ex.

First one I blew my load in like 30 seconds, it was a pump, pump squirt job. Then went back for more and gave me confidence to get out there!

It actually helped with my confidence and a few weeks later I was out drinking with some buddies and randomly got chatting to a new girl, who I'm now also shagging.

Life's funny at times. One door closes and another opens.

Go get yourself a hot as fuck escort and see how you feel after that.

I know it's hard but the worst thing to do is dwell and obsess over it or start drinking and sendimg cringe as fuck messages.

Just start browsing for hot local escorts. Get out down town meeting new girls. Just don't stop and get in a depressive mode over the ex.. remember she is an ex now.

Make sure on social media people can see you are having the Time of your life. Pretend like it never happened and you will eventually feel liberated.

The whole tinder and dating thing wasn't what I was ready for after splitting with my ex and couldn't be arsed with the games that come with dating. Each to there own though, different strokes for different folks.

Sorry this happened to you BUT better now than before you are married and shackled to a cheating asshole. You dodged a bullet. It's time to lick your wounds (for a short time) then get back out there and own it!

I like this "Delete her and move on!"

I second this.

Its easier said than done when you're actually in the situation; like you are right now.

I haven't read through all the pages of the empathy you've received from the BHW-members, so I apoligize if this is repetition:
But speaking from experience, the best thing you can do is to work on yourself; try to set new goals, improve parts of your life that's been neglected while you've been with her. And before you know it, the wound will just be a harmless scar.

My ex-girlfriend wasn't unfaithful, but the breakup really took its toll on me. Especially because I didn't see it coming. I was depressed for half-a-year, and my way out of it was the intense focus on self-improvement.

Take care.
