Sharing Script?

I am looking for a simple script/code that popups a little window in which people have to either like, g+1 or tweet the site to access the content.

Can't find anything similar, only scripts for Facebook only.

Thank you, but Pay with a Tweet is not really what I am looking for. I need something to combine the major 3 social sites.
