Hi there,
till now, I was only consuming posts here in the forum, but recently noticed some posts I might be able to help out. They are especially about some niche ad netwoks that I tested.

Just last year I tested more than a dozen of ad networks to help monetize sites that don?t fit for selling products or income from affilate link. I hope I can help those optimizing AdSense or trying another network.

I have also developed a well received (and free) ad management plugin for WordPress, but am not sure now if I am even allowed to post the deep link to the plugin directory on wordpress.org here :) So if you see this post, please sted some light upon the link rules.

Cheers
Thomas

We get a lot of people joining and immediately starting to post links to their own site, their own products, or general self-promotion.

It looked to me as though you were trying to do exactly that.

Maybe I am wrong

OK, I totally understand where your reaction comes from.
I was actually just researching for an article, found a post here that was related but had no answer and replied with hopefully some helpful comment.
However, it might happen that I think an answer needs some external source - mine or another - and I won't promise to not post the link then :)
And this caused the very honest question about one rule I read in the email, but after reading it again I think I understand that this is just for ones own blog:

"Do NOT post live links to your website or blog in any of your posts. If you need to post a link, obfuscate the link in a format similar to this: (...)"
