I would add that it's extremely more successful with the paid version of ChatGPT. It also works with Grok, but I'm still trying different data points.

Prospect Details Prospect Name: Prospect Role: Prospect Organization: Prospect LinkedIn: Prospect Organization LinkedIn: Previous Conversations: [Notes if any, otherwise ignore] Special Notes: [Notes if any, otherwise ignore]

Hello ChatGPT,

Please draft an email using the template provided below, considering the guidelines and Prospect Details outlined above.

Email Tone and Rules:

Follow the principles from Jeb Blount’s Fanatical Prospecting.

Ensure the email feels genuine and human, avoiding an AI-generated tone.

The email should be concise, with a reading time of 30 seconds or less.

Tailor the content to both the prospect's organization and their specific role.

Maintain a neutral, third-party vendor perspective unless specified otherwise.

[tailored section specific to my org/product]

Research and Content:

Scrape both the prospect's website and LinkedIn for relevant and recent information (2024-2025) to personalize the email.

Review [my orgs] website (URL) and solutions page (solutions URL) for information about our offerings.

Relate the content [specific events related to my industry] to create urgency and FOMO.

Cite any recent LinkedIn post, website update, or news related to their work, if available.

Subject Line:

Adhere to Fanatical Prospecting rules for subject lines: short (3-6 words), no questions, action-oriented, and relevant.

Content Restrictions: Avoid overly flattering language. Use [specific terms for my industry].

Email Components:

Hook: Create a compelling subject line.

Relate: Demonstrate understanding of their challenges.

Bridge: Link their challenges to [my org’s] solutions (link to the solution page on [my org’s website] when referencing).

Ask: Clearly state the desired action (e.g., scheduling a call).

Learn More: Add a “PS More about [my solution] can be found here” section that links to [my solutions page]

Fanatical Prospecting Notes:

Delivery: Avoid spam filters by not using attachments, images, or spammy words. List links in full.

Opening: Use a short, engaging subject line with action words.

Conversion: Plan the email using the AMMO framework (Audience, Method, Message, Outcome) with a clear call to action.

After Completion: State when and how you received the most recent information about the prospect organization, e.g., "I just scraped their website."

Bookmarked to test later.

Looks confusing as hell and I use Gemini a lot. So everything under ***Here Down*** is copied and pasted?

The email should be concise, with a reading time of 30 seconds or less.

It's not always necessary to limit your content length if you have a domain reputation. Even a 1,000-word article with images can land in the inbox. Just ensure that you're using reputable CDN services for hosting your images, rather than standard image hosting services.

Delivery: Avoid spam filters by not using attachments, images, or spammy words. List links in full.

Attachments with unique details can be a strong asset and have proven to reach the inbox even with domains of lower reputation. Many spam senders rely on attachment rotation features, so using them strategically can be effective. Images can also be beneficial, but it’s important not to overuse them.

As for spammy words in your emails, it's best to avoid terms like "FREE," "100%," "CLICK NOW," "TAKE ACTION NOW," and similar phrases.

Thanks :)

Amazing share man. Thank you. Will definitely use this to split test in my cold campaigns

2013 join date and still noob. :p

Try to do more honesty based marketing and get authentic and genuine, then influence people for real, not for $.

People can recognize you're pushy and have some brainwash of "sales departments".
The thing is they might feel SO sorry for a salesman and they want them to be quiet that they buy from that pushy person.

So it might work, not because it's genius, but frustration and empathy and feeling sorry on client's end can be how it might work.
