When you go to mootools.net, click on "FORGE" on the top right menu. Then click on "normal signup" in the "Developer Login" and write your datas (with your website). The Security Question is "MooTools". In this way you get the DF Backlink :)
Thanks - appreciate it :)

Great share - thank you!! - I must be having a bad day - qualtrics .com - how and where can I place a link?

As part of my contribution here we have some edu do-follow links. Remove the spaces:

setiweb.ssl.berkeley. edu DA 85
vue-forums.uit.tufts. edu DA 83
community.nicic. gov DA 71
wiki.soippo.edu .ua DA 56
lib.akb.nis.edu .kz DA 49
istoriya.soippo.edu .ua DA 48
Many thanks for the share - much appreciated !! :) .... I must be having a bad day (again!!) ... I encountered a few issues that I am not sure how to overcome - can you help with the processes to follow? on these;
setiweb ... created account but unable to create a profile, need credit of 1.0 or greater .... any process to follow to get to the point for placing a link?
vue-forums .... have created account .... again not able to find anywhere to place a link ... ?
Thanks in advance

Thanks for sharing, you can find really good do-follow links in here.

Quick question. If not niche relevant, will we be penalized?

Best option would be to get a niche relevant backlink, second best is to get a high DA backlink.

You shouldn’t get penalised as most of the sites shared in this thread are highly authoritative in Google’s eyes

sharing is caring!
I will share some d0follow edu links after i have 15 posts or more.

It sucks not being able to share

First of all, I want to thank each and everyone who have contributed the links,
I just wanted to ask a few questions

1. Is it ok to make backlinks from a single IP address? or should I keep changing the Ip address?
2. Can someone explain how much time, in general, it takes to crawl the backlink in google search engine?
I know nowadays it's very hard to get the link crawled in google, but is there any way that can help me to get the backlink crawled in a fast way?

i have tried everything to index and/or my penzu link, but no luck. have you had any success?
Well the success in indexing penzu link is weird. My new link on it showed up on google few days ago and then disappeared. Hard to say what works for that on Google, needless to say we gotta keep pinging I guess. Let me know if you have any success..

What is that crap on minds.com that "Please verify your email address is correct"

I do change my IP every 3 or 4 days, just so if i posted too many things and left a huge amount of footprints.
For the backlinks to be indexed, i usually post them in my PBNs, and then ping them. Some takes less than a week, but sometimes even high DA sites take more than a month. So its not sure.
If you want quick results, i would suggest you to build a 2nd tier of backlinks to those you want to be indexed.
