one thing you could try is setting up a fake landing page on your domain, that is 100% clean. and then once your campaign is approved switch out the landing page for your money page, or even redirect to the offer itself if you want.

keep in mind if you do this, your ad account will eventually get banned when someone at Facebook reviews it.
