sharing and editing word/excel files online???

Guys,

Is there any way i can upload either a word/excel file online and then allow multiple people to see it and also to update all at the same time?

I have people all over the country that need live access to a couple of files that are always being updated?
At the moment we have to keep emailing it every few minutes?

Google Drive (formerly known as Documents) does the trick both with excel and word files

try dropbox.. if you change the file all people that have access to your folder are update too..
