I am looking for a shareholders agreement but I am unable to find one. Anyone got a template? they all cost like 60 quid.

If you are looking for a pre-made shareholders agreement then I am pretty sure you dont need one. Dont complicate things more than they need to, start with an LLC and just list the shareholders as officers.

what country do you reside? i have a couple of variations for New Zealand.. not sure how much they would differ. PM me if interested
